Tour Managing and coordinating all international promotional
tours which included locking in all interviews/performances with
media nationally
Coordinating all instore and public appearances including photographic
and news crew coverage of the event.
Organising and coordinating all Press conferences with International
and Australian artists.
Arranging transport including drivers, security, accommodation,
airport transfers and internal flights whilst all BMG artist were
in Australia. BMG made sure that all artists new that their first
point of contact was with myself to make sure that all their business
and personal needs were catered for.
Coordinating and confirming all international and Australian
phone interviews with media
Liasing with all international and Australian band managers regarding
tours, publicity and promotions.
Coordinated and was in charge of all media and publicity launches
One of my main duties was to stay in constant contact with all
media nationally from Print media, Radio and Television eg: Current
Affairs, News, Entertainment programs and PAY TV, Daily papers,
National glossy magazines.
Attended all weekly BMG Marketing and Music Meetings. Was
also involved in the planning of the set up for all BMG Australian
album releases promotionally
Developed Promotional strategies for all Australian artists
